Any agent placing an order for sign installation is responsible for notifying C&D if there are any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, invisible fences, or other buried lines or obstructions on the property.
C&D will take all reasonable care when installing signs; however, C&D is not responsible for any damage caused to underground utilities, irrigation systems, invisible fences, or any other property features not disclosed prior to installation.
By submitting a sign installation request, the agent or client acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for notifying C&D of such conditions and agrees that C&D shall be held harmless from any resulting damages or repair costs.
